Moved into a home with an unused chimney that was causing problems. Niall gave me a fair quote to remove the metal up to the brick and had some good thoughts on how to seal it. I was a bit worried because it was a narrow area to work in, but it was no problem for him. He showed up right on time. Turns out the situation was worse than I had originally thought and I'm glad he was able to come in quickly to remove the chimney. He also noticed some mortar that needed a fix elsewhere and patched it up. I'd happily recommend him to others.

Nial was very prompt to respond to my request and to come to look at the problem.

I contacted Niall to fix my broken chimney flue and install a new cap. I chose his comment because of the great reviews on here... And I want disappointed. He gave me a detailed explanation of what needed to be done, gave me a fair price, and did an amazing job. I will hire Niall again to fix the chimney damper later this year.

Repaired Chimney top ...removed cracked concrete and replaced so it looks like the original one. It was repaired 5 yrs ago and contractor did terrible job. Niall did an excellent job and we are very satisfied. Would highly recommend him.

Niall was excellent from beginning to end! We used him to fill in a few doors and windows with brick/cinder block due to some layout changes in a full home reno. Because we are painting the exterior afterwards he didn't need to be perfect, but his work was flawless and I'm sure you won't even notice after painting. He also cut out a new exterior doorway for us in the brick and it came out great. Niall is a true craftsman, cares about his workmanship, is punctual, honest and kind, has competitive pricing and was quick both in his communication and in his work. His helper Mykiel was also very helpful and cheerful. I would definitely recommend Niall for all your masonry projects.

We contacted Niall regarding our chimney, which was in need of repair. It is a double chimney, and accessible only from the roof of our garage so not a simple job. He responded quickly, came out and provided us with a comprehensive quote (after climbing up on the roof to get a good look), and then did a great job with the work: replacing the brickwork down to the roofline, replacing two interior vents, and installing a cap and he cleaned up carefully when he was done. We would recommend him without hesitation.
