Moved into a home with an unused chimney that was causing problems. Niall gave me a fair quote to remove the metal up to the brick and had some good thoughts on how to seal it. I was a bit worried because it was a narrow area to work in, but it was no problem for him. He showed up right on time. Turns out the situation was worse than I had originally thought and I'm glad he was able to come in quickly to remove the chimney. He also noticed some mortar that needed a fix elsewhere and patched it up. I'd happily recommend him to others.
