We discovered water dripping from the pot light in our basement ceiling. Lex was super responsive and on the phone with me in just a few minutes walking thru the problem and helping me to isolate the issue and stop any further damage.
I work shift work and Lex and Rob were able to accommodate my schedule and make it to my house at a time that worked for me. They came and determined the source of my water leak quickly. They worked professionally and really knew their stuff. I have found my new go to plumbers and I would highly recommend Crystal Waters to anyone.

Crystal Waters completed a bathroom renovation for us a few years ago. During the job, it was determined that our toilet had been leaking without our knowledge. Throughout a very stressful process that caused the job to grow in size, their team worked with us to deal with the issues. The bathroom turned out great. Added functionality with their recommended diverter and hand spray and a deep soaker tub for the kids was not something we thought of but is well worth the upgrade.
