Deluxe Windows

They installed 2 types of doors one screen door and one patio sliding door. The screen door closer does not allow the door to open fully and it is currently adjusted to the hardest setting to allow the door to close properly and if you are not careful it slams on your fingers. The caulking around the sliding door was not completed. The installation was completed September 2016 and I am still waiting for someone to come out and repair/complete the job.

Company installed windows after a month delay (initially they brought windows of wrong colour, took them back in, repainted (the glass part of the windows themselves had paint afterwards). After the installations one of the windows was not shutting off completely, leaving a 1/2 inch gap, which was "fixed" with plastic plank/insert. After numerous calls, voice mails and emails there was no response at all, although the company was swearing they'll come and fix any problem immediately. Don't use this company's services, save your time and money.

We hired this company in June to replace all our windows in the house. Since then we have made many calls to inquire about when the service would be completed and no one is returning our calls. The receptionist keeps making excuses and will not give us the number to the owner/manager saying he will call but its the same story over and over again. It is now 3 months later and we have yet to hear back. We paid the deposit and would rather take that back and deal with another company. Horrible service do not hire them.

Show room has made a big influence when I was choosing a window company. I needed to see 1st hand how windows are placed and different options.
Very pleased with my windows and delivery.
The installation process also went very smoothly I am glad I replaced my windows in the fall season - got better savings.

We have been trying to contact this co to come out and reseal and check these two windows. We have been experiencing alot of condensation on these two windows only and not the other windows. Also this room is very cold. when we mentioned this they said we have a humidity problem. I don't believe this why don't the other windows fog up also. We call and left a msg. One time someone answerded the phone and said we will get back to you. We have been calling for a couple days now and no one answers the phone. They also said we would have to pay for someone to come out and check and if the problem is a humidity problem we would have to pay. I think this is really bad customer service and I really don't recommend this Co.
