Do NOT hire. We hired them for our bathroom renovation. They scratched our stairs during demolition of our bathroom and Ricky didnt want to take any responsibility of the damage. The worst part was Ricky told his workers to walk off the job on Day 2 and left us with a demolished bathroom and scrambling to find another contractor to finish our bathroom Reno. His worker son Kenneth is a nice enough guy but works for an unprofessional and untrustworthy boss/dad.

My brother use Ricky from Best Living before so I call him up to give me a quote (alone with another 4 company).

It is a big project (at least for me), I have a baby at home and I do a bit of business travel, so I do need to ask Ricky to stop sometime. He is happy to work around my schedule.

One thing I like about Ricky and his team is he pay attention to details.
They will give me suggest when there are place can be improve.

Project finished in 6 weeks and I can't be any happier.
