Ordered windows from Dundas wood windows a few months ago, over all a good product that came in black. Everyone comments on the windows when they walk by. Nelson is very easy to deal with.

Ordered windows from Dundas wood windows a few months ago, first problem was took way too long, when they finally arrived, installer Antonio scratched a few of them either in his truck or loading into the house, he assured me the touch up paint will cover it. Then it took him over 1 week to install my windows, which he ordered the wrong sizes, had to modify all windows on site, on top of that windows were never insulated or caulked properly and i feel a draft around windows now that its colder. Cant blame Nelson cause his product is pretty good but his installer is just a hack.
