My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Wildwood Cabinets in Calgary for the design, manufacturing, and installation of our dream kitchen, bar, ensuite, and walk-in closet. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional.

The other recent reviews here are accurate. Wildwood Cabinets offers stock, non-custom cabinetry of very low quality. They are not transparent with their designs nor measurements, resulting in an amateur-looking end product - poor fit, cupboards dont close, glue left on undersides, different materials/finishes for different components (ie. soffit fillers, frames, etc).

Customer service is brutal - they'll ignore you until you force their hand, and then dismiss your concerns.

If this is your builders cabinet vendor, look for another builder or be prepared for your low end kitchen regardless of what you pay for upgrades. If you're looking at Wildwood on your own, Id recommend steering clear. Youll be better off getting cabinets from a big box store and hiring an installer.

It took 6 months to get things sorted out with my cabinets.
They remeasured things 3 times.
I had someone come to my house when I was not home and did not complete anything and quit that day.
I wanted additional cabinets and they measured for them 3 times, nobody got back to me and when they did the price is pretty ridiculous.
Definitely do not recommend.

Wildwood cabinets were the vendor for our home builder. We have had nothing but issues with their workmanship. The medicine cabinet doors were installed backwards, both Johnny cabinets had damage and we paid $500 each for this upgrade. The kitchen needed trim placed along the island and cabinets because the finish was so rough where the cabinets met the floor. The pictures show some of their fine craftsmanship.

I have tried twice to email them and they have never responded to my requests for service. Stay away from this company.

When they take your money they are your best friend, and when problems come up it is not their responsibility. I would steer away from this company. Your money is better spent elsewhere. In hindsight I would have rather kept my money and live with my old cabinets than to live with this nightmare. You have been warned.

Avoid!! Bought cabinets from these people through our home builder and received the cheapest drawers imaginable. We contacted Wildwood to see what could be done and were told quite rudely that this is their “standard” and that they would not do anything to rectify the matter. This company should not be making cabinets for people who are building million dollar homes or anyone who is paying good money and expects some semblance of quality. They have demonstrated to us that they are nothing more than a third rate cabinet maker not only in the products they deliver but also in their extreme ignorance in dealing with service issues. There are many quality cabinet makers out there who take pride in what they deliver. Do yourself a favour and buy from one of those businesses instead.

Wildwood cabinets were extremely unprofessional in their service and delivered us a sub-standard product. As we are novices in field of cabinetry, we were fully taken advantage of. We paid good money for a luxury kitchen, and ended up with poorer quality product than we originally had.
The installation was done in a sloppy manner with many service requests needed to remedy all the issues.
We have never dealt with a more unprofessional company and would never recommend them to anyone.

We used Wildwood Cabinets for our newly built home, the purchase & installation went smoothly enough. We went to their showroom to choose our cabinet profile & stain, we went with a shaker style door in a mocha finish. I love the look of the cabinets, I wouldn't change them. The only issue I have is that two of the drawer faces have come loose via the plastic screw/peg that holds them together. You can smack it back into place but I feel that only being two years old this shouldn't be happening. Because we surpassed our one year warranty we don't qualify for a free repair.

Harald was very helpful in walking us through the entire process from beginning to end. We would not have known where to start, but he asked the right questions to get us thinking to make the right decisions.

We used Wildwood Cabinets in Calgary for all the Kitchen and Bathroom cabinets. The selection process was very good and I was very impressed with the range of choices available for the hardwood cabinets, stain, hardware, and design/installation options.

We selected a rich dark stain for our cabinets called 'Coffee Bean' and decided on overheight uppers with large crown molding to complement the 9ft ceilings in our home. We are very happy overall with the materials used, the quality of the installation and the end result looks fantastic!
