Fast Delivery when Item is in Stock, Subpar Product
I ordered the Kompact loveseat in store in September. It was supposed to come in October. I browsed the website obsessively because of the poor reviews, and eventually noticed that the restocking date for Kompact was pushed to November! So I went back to the store and asked for a refund. Well, time went by and I still couldn't find a loveseat so I went back to the Structube site and saw that the colour I wanted was in stock. I ordered it on a Friday online, and called Customer Service to find out if it could be shipped asap. I got it the next Friday! So, delivery is fast as long as the product is actually in stock.
As for the loveseat itself, attaching the legs was a hassle. The loveseat had batting where the screws were supposed to go in. It made it impossible to screw them in without cutting the batting out first (yes, maiming the sofa). I also called because the instructions said that a power drill was not recommended, but it was impossible with a screwdriver. Customer Service told me to ignore the instructions and use a powerdrill. Sooo why send out poor instructions?
The sofa likely won't last more than two years since it's PVC and it's already looking a bit worn after about a month of use. It's cute just know that you're paying a low price for a reason.
