I picked up my online order at store, the customer services is desperately terrible, worst experience I ever had. Staffs are apathetic, provide no customer services at all, just get your order done, left all your boxes outside their store and hands-off. They are totally non-responsive, no fund, no contact person, manager is not available, no help.....
