Very disappointed with Structube. We ordered a bed on December 25th via the website, setting delivery for Jan 3rd. On January 3, wrote an email to customer support stating we were home and received no update on delivery. Today, 10 days later after hearing nothing I called in to customer service to ask about the status. Was advised backordered until the 27th of January. I was told they were busy for Christmas rush and missed many emails including mine. That someone else must have also bought the very last bed seconds before I did, hence not being advised of the back order. So I had to suck it up and accept their terrible lack of follow up, ignored contact, long phone wait time and disingenuous customer service. They didn't even offer any remedies or attempt to keep my business. Worst customer service I have experienced. I'm a business owner myself, would never treat customers like that.
