Always damaged chairs, no compensation for the lost month
We had purchased chairs about a month and half ago. Since the chairs were not in stock we waited about 15 days for the chairs to be shipped from their supplier.
They had not inspected the chairs and upon opening the boxes, all 4 chairs were damaged, one was completely unusable, the others had a lot of visual blemishes.
They apologized and ordered the same set again which meant waiting about 15 more days. After receiving these, we called and asked that they inspect these to avoid the same issue as I did not want to carry the chairs back home to discover that they were damaged again.
They have inspected the chairs and found that they too were all damaged. Instead of offering a similar model for the same price or any kind of compensation, after waiting a month for the chairs, we had to go to get a refund.
Completely useless business practice, I will not be buying from them again.
