We bought few products from the North York location. When we received delivery , we notified the team of a rip in our product. We also sent pictures to the store manager, who never responded to our complaint.
We went in person and spoke to the District Manager (who by the way does not know how to talk to customers ) and were told , that things like this happen all the time and this is normal issue faced by Structube during delivery (quite shocking that you are still in business).
Hence we have no desire to deal with Structube ever again and will ensure we take every opportunity to share this horrible experience with everyone we know.
