Loveseat and two office chairs
I purchased a love seat and two office chairs on June 11. They were on backorder and I was told I would get everything by the end of June. I never received my order, and received no notification from the company. I called in the middle of July to inquire. Apparently, the sales representative told me the office chairs will be available in 3 months. I would not have ordered any of these items if I'd known it would be this delayed as I required them for an office space.
When speaking to the representative they informed me that they had my loveseat the whole time but were not going to deliver it until the chairs were available. The company that delivered the loveseat left it upside down in the middle of my office. I was not there to provide instruction so I guess this is typically how sofas are delivered? There is a large rip in the fabric on the bottom of the sofa.
Now I am still waiting one more month for the office chairs, and was informed that I am expected to pick up. This was not the greatest experience in purchasing furniture, and I would prefer a company that initiated communication with me when there were changes as opposed to just never delivering products that were paid for.
