I bought two sofas. First time they could not brought in the house for over size. Changed the order and new product supplied and both were damaged. One got replaced and another was not. I was charged for all these deliveries but I was told by the store that I shall not be charged for one delivery. It was never refunded.
Delivery timing is too inconvenient. Only delivery available between 12 to 5 p.m and people remain in work in that time period. You are too much rigid about this timing.
Just for this rigid delivery timing, I suffered and I had to take off from my work,

We do recommend that our customers always measure doorways, hallways and entryways to ensure that the furniture will fit through these spaces during the delivery. Our transporters do their best to accommodate specific delivery window requests, they cannot always guarantee that it will be possible. We offer free pick-ups in all our store locations for your convenience with the exception of certain products due to weight and/or size restrictions.
