I ordered furniture from the Liberty Village location for delivery. When it arrived, I had received the wrong items (wrong coffee table and lamps). I called and was advised that I would need to return the items myself and pay an extra $100 for the difference in price. They would also only delivery during work hours which forced me to take additional time off work. The store manager was rude and quite unsympathetic - in fact, he tried to blame me for the error. When the second delivery arrived, the replacement lamps were broken. I called again to get help but my calls were ignored. I was forced to pay for a cab to another location (Leslieville) where the staff were extremely kind and helpful and ultimately got me what I needed. Clearly there is a difference in quality of service based on location! Avoid the Liberty Village location at all costs.
