I ordered a couch that was on backorder. All along the way, the Structube staff at DDO have been friendly, informed and super helpful. They ALWAYS remember me and my order- incredible! As it turns out, my long-awaited couch cannot get into my apartment - argh! But the team at DDO are yet again keeping my informed of my options and really have reduced the stress in this unexpected situation. I'm very impressed.
