I came to the store found a really cheap sectional @$899. Paid $90 for delivery, This delivery charge was mandatory because the London store doesn't have warehouse to store it. As a small lady, I specifically asked if assembly was included. No hesitation the sales lady answered me yes.
Now the delivery company called me and when I asked about assembly, the person said I need to pay additional $80. I called the store, and was told "no one in the store would tell you that $90 included assembly". I think this is the biggest harassment to their customer, because I came to the store with my friend.
This sales lady wrote another salesperson's name (Mark) on the receipt, so now I can't remember her name. The salesperson code printed on my receipt is 1788, if she did not use Mark's code.
Be careful when purchasing from this store, lots of hidden fees.
