I just bought an upholstered bed, $750 plus delivery & GST. The sales lady advised me to inspect the item in the first 5-6 days and if there are any problems, to contact the store. When the bed was being put together, I noticed a bad pull in the fabric. I called the store, and following their instructions, I emailed them a picture. 2 days later, I'm advised that as the bed was assembled, the defect is not covered under warranty.
