Product Quality and Customer Service
I and several other friends have had a horrible experience at the Heartland Structube location. Terrible product quality, many delays to get the product and downright rude and embarrassing customer service from the manager John. Structube should be ashamed to employ a person with this attitude. No attempts to help on Structubes end. Brutal.
