Refused to pay to have delivered since extra $80 charge but meet manager and she will delivered a store. I had cancelled the purchase but rebought sincell delivery charge where not necessary. The prior purchases the sale person did not me a choice to the armoire delivered.

We bought a coffee table in August. We did not received yet and we do not date for the delivery. We will receive maybe around end of September but nothing sure.

Is pretty expensive especially considering some items you cannot pick up in store! Love their products especially when they are on sale!

I purchased the bunny chairs and they came fast and had no issues upon delivery. They were also easy to install and were true to the pictures online. I am very satisfied with the price and quality of the product.

I have two couches from Structube and I love them both! They are are the best value for the $$ - high quality, funky, easy to assemble, look great, and comfy too. I especially love our Tory couch. Super sophisticated!

Service at the store was great and helpful. They didn't have one of the items in stock so they offered to send it all at the same time to avoid additional delivery charges which was nice. It took a while to assemble everything but directions were pretty easy to follow. They did forget one of my items at the warehouse but are sending it to me at no charge. The delivery men noticed and let them know right away. Great quality furniture and looks great!

The service was exceptional. Phil was absolutely brilliant and very knowledgeable. The display of the furniture and accessories in the store was very well displayed and looked of very good quality.

Went to the store and it was out of stock. I was helped immediately and asked if I would like to wait for it. They informed me of the earliest date I could receive it by. And was kept up to date with when it would arrive.

Had been searching for the perfect sofa and finally found it at Structube. They didn't have my color so they ordered it for me. I should be receiving it shortly. Can't wait, it's the perfect blend of softness and comfort.

Buying experience was good, quick and to the point. The desk arrived even earlier than promised, just on time for the beginning of the new school year. However, one corner of the desk was damaged, and we found that only after the parts were completely unpacked and partially assembled. We didn't want to go through disassembling, repackaging, returning and waiting for next month or so for the replacement, thus we just accepted the desk "as is". If not for that problem, I'd rate my satisfaction as clear 5.
