I was in the middle of a nightmare kitchen reno. it is an older house we knew that it would not be smooth sailing but we where hoping that the plumbing would not be an issue. we had designed the kitchen so that we would minimize any need for plumbing changes.. well not everything goes according to plan when dealing with older home renos.. it turns out the previous owner has also done some renos and that caused havok with the new renos. we had just finished the demolition part of the build and we saw the issue.. we had to cut change plumbing around. we called 3 other companies and knight plumbing was the first one that was able to send a technician the same day. 2 hours later I had Dan in my house and walking me through how to solve the problem. He assured me it was an easy fix for them and that it would be done immediately. he had quoted me for maximum 6 hours and said that he was sure that it would take less time but with older homes.. you just never knew.. I agreed to the quote and was booked in for the next day. Next morning Technician Geoff arrived and apologized for Dan, He was sick and would not be able to work today but that He (Geoff) had spoken to Dan and was updated on the requirements. Geoff was quick and efficient, he treated my home as his own. wore boot covers when having to walk off the construction site and did an amazing job. he finished the job in only 5 hours and cleaned up all site as well. I would highly recommend this team again.
