I was booked for today June 11, 2021 for a furnace quote. They were suppose to visit between 10 am to 3 pm. I waited for some them till 3 pm and then called them around 3:10 pm. The response from the lady who was suppose to make me smile was that their techs are too busy solving issues with all the previously installed furnaces, A/C and plumbing jibs that they can't make it today. She courteously offered for Monday and i politely declined. It is disappointing for a new customer like me to go thru something like this as i feel if they are not able to honor their visit now, how can I trust them with new furnace and aftersales services.
