Product is cheap and unreliable. The reason they have a 1-year only warranty is because they know the product is likely to break down within that time frame. My screen stuck and frayed beyond repair around 14 months after instillation. When I confronted the company about solutions, they told me the only option was to pay full price once again for a brand new one with full service fees on top. The email response was also very disrespectful. Do not make the same mistake as me, AVOID business with this company.

I purchased the Bravo sliding screen doors for my double French patio doors four years ago. Purchased after watching the promo online and liked the fact that they don't slam. Well, that works, but the doors are flimsy and stick when closing. Very annoying as you have to do it very slowly. They have also come off track a few times. We have installed another set in a different part of the house and, while they do slam if you let them go, they operate smoothly and are generally better made. I am now in the process of replacing the Bravo screen and regret buying them.
