Centra Windows, Exteriors, Restorations

Just had our basement suite windows and sliding door replaced by Centra and they look amazing! Every step of the process was friendly and professional. Ray Charron arrived fully prepared to show us all the available choices and provided an estimate on the spot, no inconvenient extra trips to a showroom. Our order was processed and we were promptly contacted to schedule a site visit to remeasure the windows. I don't recall the name of the employee who came to remeasure but just like everyone we dealt with, he was friendly and efficient. On our installation date, a horribly rainy morning, the crew arrived on time, made a point of introducing themselves and were pleasant and easy to communicate with. There have been many tradespeople coming and going from our home in recent months, several have been great, but many have not been the most enjoyable to have around. Happy to say the Centra guys are on the list of the great ones! Thanks Nick R., Dave Bishop, Joseph M. and at least one other whose name I don't know (Sorry!) for the amazing job you did and for just being nice and friendly guys :-) Best of all, the windows look amazing and we immediately noticed the difference in temperature in our home.
