I ordered a set of double door Phantom Screens for my patio doors. I had one at a previous house. When I booked the appointment for install they messed up and came to my house when they were supposed to be somewhere else. They came back 5 days later to install but instead told me they were only going to measure and I would need yet another appointment to install as they didn't have the materials I had ordered. We had discussed what I had ordered a week prior. I paid almost $1000 to be spoken to rudely, talked over me and interrupted incessantly. I will get a different door next time and will not recommend Phantom Calgary. There are makes out there where hopefully service is better.

I apologize that we were unable to install your screens on the first appointment. That is our goal, however there is the odd time where we require to take measurements. We cannot guarantee installs on the first appointment due to the nature that all doors are different.
As your Phantom Screens have not yet been installed, you can take the Purchase Order back to Home Depot for a full refund. I apologize for any inconvenience we caused you.
