Made an evening appointment for my door to be painted but painter did not show up. He phoned me almost 2 hours later and explained that my appointment time was too late in the day to paint the door as he had to take it off, let it dry etc. So why was I allowed to make an appointment that late in the first place? Then, because I was angry at him he hung up on me!
The electrician did show up and did a good job in installing the ceiling fan.
