Horrible horrible experience. They do not support their services/product. I've been without heat for 3 weeks on a unit that is 1 year old. They promise to call and schedule, never do. Their mailbox is full when you try and call them. They are horrible. Do NOT ever use these people.

BEWARE.
This company makes its quotes look better than they really
are by selling very low-end models (e.g., builder-type) that others will not even offer as I learned shopping around, and then hiding the fact both in the written quote and even when I asked outright specifically about the model.
When the truth came out after the job they blamed me the
customer suggesting it is 'buyer beware', I should have inspected the unit prior to installation, etc. etc. And that was when they actually bothered to respond.
This is a no-frills operation but with some comparison shopping I was surprised to find better quality parts and service elsewhere for the same or less cost. What made this experience even more difficult was the poor quality of the administrative work (sloppy communications, disorganized). If professionalism is important to you I recommend to avoid this company.
