I've used LB since 2002 when I moved into the neighbourhood. They've done three installations (2 AC and 1 furnace) along with annual service.
They're professional and accessible, and stand by their work - amazingly easy when it comes to parts & labor warranties. Highly recommend if you want to build a relationship with an HVAC company.
