This company does use subcontractors and the ones that did my contract were very unprofessional. The job took twice as long because these subcontractors were too busy texting or celling their lady friends to pay attention to the work, safety issues, work hours and cleaning up the job site. When I discussed this with Feroz, the owner of the company, he thought it was funny and described the subcontractors as "ladykillers". Feroz himself is a piece of work. He is your best friend when trying to get the contract, but does not deliver service after the work has been done. For the very first use, the boiler would not turn on. I repeatedly called him and when he finally responded he told me to "deal with it". I have a full 3 year service on my contract and he did not even honour the first problem. I called another company who told me that the boiler had not been put in properly and when I asked them if they would swear to that in court, they responded definitely.
A piece of advice - if you do use his company, lock up all your valuables. A police report was filed.
