Exterior By Design Stucco And Stone Inc

We were looking to update the front of our two storey house with stucco and stone and based on the reviews in Home Stars, we decided to go with Exterior by Design Stucco and Stone Inc. And boy were we glad that we did! I am still in awe of how amazing our house looks and to this day continue to have people stop by and comment on the workmanship. The team at Exterior by Design did an outstanding job on our home in such a short time. From the beginning, they explained the work that was to be done, supported us with the style and colours that would work with the home and were extremely patient with any questions and changes we needed along the way. I would highly recommend them - and already have to friends and neighbours.

In January-2024 we were fortunate to have our stucco-stone project completed by the Exterior By Design - We live in a 1950's original brick bungalow and are thoughts were to modernize the aesthetics of such.

JJ was our initial contact and he was kind, professional and patient as he walked us through the process, helping us choose the right mix of stucco and stone colors. Once these decisions were made, JJ quickly arranged a team to complete the project. Being smack dab in the middle of winter did not impact the commencement and completion of our project - The stucco-stone team assigned were clean, professional and proficient. The house was tarped and within a 2-3 weeks we emerged with something modern and sophisticated. We've received many complements from our neighbors, and even a couple of random people have stopped by to inquire about who had completed the work - Proudly and confidently, we've been able to pass along JJ's contact information to them. Our next project will be to add a carport or garage, and undoubtedly we'll be engaging the Exterior By Design once again.

We recently built an addition over our garage and called Exterior by Design Stucco and Stone to give us a quote on finishing the exterior to match our existing stucco. David came to our home and walked us through the entire process of the work, with samples, brochures, and all the information we needed. He was able to have a crew start the job very quickly, and with the exception of a couple of weather delays, they were here every day until the project was complete. The crew were extremely professional, polite, and hard working. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. I would highly recommend this company for any type of stucco work.

A number of years ago we had David and Company install stucco, soffit, facia and eavestrough on our home. From the day we contacted David to the completion of the entire job we were able to relax and feel comfortable with the activity taking place. We were very pleased with the initial consult, the complete explanations from David, the quality of the work and the men doing it. We felt totally at ease with everything they did. We just recently had a problem with the front fascia as a result of the severe wind gusts in this area that are relentless. I called David and in no time there were two workmen at our door. They climbed to the roof peek and replaced all that was needed. One phone call was all it took. The job was done the next day. We couldn't believe the response. The quality and appearance of the work done those years ago is still remarkable and if we were to do this again to another house we wouldn't hesitate to call David again.
