We have lived in our Crawford home for 12 years now and it has exceeded our expectations. We had a great building experience and we love our home just as much 12 years later.

If you planning to buy expensive house in Regina. Please visit my house before deciding on Crawford.
I don't want you people to repent like me.

Within 1 year , the basement floor has huge cracks and they blame their low Quality concrete work on moving ground in Regina. Really ? My neighbors have no issues with basement If Ground were really moving.

Paid a lot of money for Ground Floor Deck and got this (pic attached ). I was told money i paid for Deck doesn't cover Soffit cost . Really ??

Comes with 5 year warranty. My washrooms taps were making sound and Plumber said he won't fix it because taps were not his, I bought them from Amazon. Issue was not with taps but with Plumbing. Pathetic Plumbing.

PLEASE READ THE WHOLE COMMENT IF YOU ARE THINKING OF BUILDING A HOUSE IN OR AROUND REGINA AND PLEASE DO NOT BUILD WITH CRAWFORD HOMES.

They are the worse from the owner down to the salesman. Never ever dealt with owner's son who works as a Salesman. You will be starting to get ignored right after you signed the contract and paid a Deposit.

****MOST IMPORTANT**** - If with your bad luck you have signed with them, then don't forgot to note these 3 points:-
FIRST, DO NOT TAKE POSSESSION OF THE HOUSE UNTIL UNLESS IT"S 100% COMPLETE. You won't be heard once they received the money from the Bank. It's been 15 months that I took the possession and still chasing them to complete the unfinished jobs.
SECOND, Take a picture or keep proof of the changes or of your selections you have decided for your Home. They will built according to them. Upon your objection, they will totally deny by saying that you never had this on your plan.
THIRD, Please do check your house's blue prints very-very-very-very carefully. Please look for every minor sign and arrow on the blue prints. If you don't understand anything then ask them Because in the end they will accuse you by saying that you have signed the Blue prints as they are very good at ignoring your selections.

Worse Customer Service I ever experienced in my life.
I regret to built with them, spent my life saving on my first dream House.
THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOES NOT VALUE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND TIME.

Crawford Homes in Regina is the best home builder in town for quality home building. They helped me to renovate my house and really did a nice job. I will recommend them to everyone.

All around very poor craftsmanship. Stucco falling off house, driveway falling apart, terrible uneven trim work, doors and windows are cheap junk. Too much to list not much they did get right. They refused to repair any of the deficiencies. Amanda at the customer service desk told me because of the housing boom they have trouble finding good trades people so basically I would just have the live with the problems. What a joke. The owner Al is even worse total disregard for anything I had to say.

Had Crawford build our home and it still isn't finished.
Many problems with the house like the laundry room was made too small and four windows are framed too high. Our floor looks like it was installed by 2nd graders.
Our basement floor is cracking and heaving' along with that our two windows in the nook are at 2 different levels.
There are other problems also.
Crawford has stated they won't fix the window or laundry room and basement problems and their remedy for the floor is to dig out parts and glue in planks.
Don't be stupid like I was and find another builder.
