Most of the installed items leaked and needed follow up visits to fix. One month after completion we noticed a leak, after ripping out the dining room ceiling we noticed the bathtub drain was leaking. He came to fix it and told me to test it in an hour, I waited two and when I tested it, it was still leaking. I called him and to tell him and he told me to call another plumber.

Sidney OR Sid, like he says we can call him, came to our condo gave us a estimate to make rough in and finish plumbing for kitchen, 2 bathrooms
HE USES 2 just out of college guys to do the work while he talks too much. these guys actually know absolutely nothing...
THE OUTCOME:
1)shower control installed up side down
2)shower head, which we asked to be as much higher as possible, he never carried out his due diligence to check if the plate was going to fit, result: he had to break our tile to insert the shower head, and he left like that!
3)shower control after finished, installed cooked
4) downspout for bathtub installed with a nipple too long, there is a 1" gap between tile and plate
5)other bathroom, he left unfinished
6)kitchen sink installed with PVC, illegal in apartments building, himself admitted,
7)he left the hot water register NOT CLOSED, NOT OPEN, just the wing was in the middle of the way, when kitchen installer touched it, he got burned with hot water, since he did not connected the hot water
HORRIBLE JOB!, WE WILL BE TAKING HIM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT TO REIMBURSE US MONEY FOR THE CRAP JOB HE DID AND DAMAGES
we paid $1.330.00 all the time he asked for money we gave!
his answer was: "figure out yourself"
in a meeting off site, i have recorded all the conversation with my phone, impossible to deny anything!!
