Pooling water on flat portions of roof with deteriorating cover led to leaking water in ceiling light fixture as diagnosed by inspection. Estimate of costs and details of repair were submitted on-line. Team leader provided ongoing information of repairs planned and completed. The team was well co-ordinated and the work rapidly completed as scheduled. The site was continuously cleaned of debris. The team leader and crew were courteous and all questions and concerns were addressed .
