Look no more! I am recommending Traditional Hardwood Flooring for any and all of your service needs. I contacted Balazs Keppel, the President of the company, when I had a disaster occur with the sealing of my newly finished maple flooring. The surface looked like 'orange peel', blotches all over. Add to that, it was not smooth and generally ruined the look of the wood. I was distraught. Fortunately, on checking out craftsman who are recommended by Bona products, the great sealer that was used, I contacted Traditional Hardwood Flooring. WOW! I never would have thought the floor could end up looking like it does now. It is perfect! So smooth, that you would not even know there was a sealer on top. It just makes the wood look like it has a beautiful natural glow. Balazs, on meeting with me, explained exactly why my floor looked as bad as it did. Simply put the contractor did not know the correct protocol to finish the floor to standard. (Bona has training programmes to ensure contractors follow their guidelines.) Everything Balazs said was wrong he put right! Add to that, his caring and personable approach, made me feel comfortable that my floor was in good hands.
