We had a chandelier and only one spot in the house to hang it where there was no electrical box. We also needed a new fan installed in the master bathroom near the shower as the current one was in the room with the toilet and it was not sufficient enough to remove the moisture from the bathroom. The company was prompt at returning phone calls. The owner came out himself to do the quote, which was far better than some companies giving me a quote over the phone. We asked for two recent references which they supplied no problem and they were glowing. The estimate was exactly what we were charged. Neutech sent two guys to come and do the installation which took a whole day. They were on time, polite and answered all of my questions. In the end everything looked great and they even vacuumed up after themselves. We were super impressed and would recommend this company to anyone.

Our rental property suddenly had lights go out in part of the house. Neutech sent out Jason the same day to come assess the problem. It took 2.5 hours and a lot of investigative work, but he got to the bottom of the problem. Along the way, he provided some thoughts on potential improvements we may wish to make over time and was very helpful.

Later that night, our renter ran into another issue that seemed to be related. At 8:30 that night, we called Neutech who put us back in touch with Jason. Jason walked us through what we should do, explained what was happening and helped resolved the issue over the phone.

We are SO impressed with the responsive, professionalism and great service offered by Neutech.

Neutech was quick with their response, gave us options with what we absolutely needed to have done, what could wait, what quality of parts we wanted, etc so we could make decisions based on our budget. Neutech outlined all the costs and were honest with their approach. We had quotes from about 4 companies. Neutech was number one for us on price and our confidence in their service. They did the work thoroughly, were tidy when they finished, and were easy to work with. Here's an outline of the work we had done:
This past winter we had a leak in our main floor bathroom, coming from the fan. We also had some condensation in the basement on the cool air exchange. There were a few things we needed done around the house, so decided to get it all done at once in addition to the couple issues we were having: microwave vent above the oven vented outside rather than just circulating, cool air exchange vents installed in the basement (we inherited a finished basement where the HVAC wasn't quite complete), heat vent going into the bathroom downstairs, a vent installed in the downstairs bathroom, and our original 1962 electrical panel replaced. When we have a houseful of guests, the existing panel has trouble coping.

After the electrician I'd used for many years retired recently I searched for a new one. I called Neutech after reading their reviews and they made an appopintment at 8am the next day. The guys showed up on time, were very pleasant and obviously took great pride in their work. The replaced and old exhaust fan and discovered that it was not vented outside, so installed the correct vent. Added some lights, fixed some ugly looking wiring and discovered a few hidden gems of illegal wiring hidden in the walls and attic as usually happens in my old house. They brought all these to my attention, explained how they would like to fix them and spent the time and effort to do it properly. At the end of the day they cleaned up everything. I cant rate them highly enough- its a nice surprise to have someone show up at the appointed time, be courteous, do a very professional job and explain all the costs beforehand. I won't hesitate to use them again and might even try out their plumbing division to see if they are as good.

Had them come in to put in a new dining room light fixture, a receptacle in the kitchen island and install a ceiling fan in an upstairs bedroom.

Chad came on time, was friendly, knowledgeable - he knew that the kitchen receptacle needed its own circuit (every other place I contacted wanted to put it on an existing circuit - this is NOT CODE!), and also brought up the issue of getting a permit - again, everybody else I contacted said that one was absolutely not necessary.

The two electricians that arrived knew exactly what they were doing, the wiring for the kitchen island was installed very professionally, braced down properly where needed according to code, the fan was braced properly and they put in new three-way wiring for the wall control switch.

Very, very pleased with their service, I would totally use them again and recommend them to others.

I would like to share my very pleasent experience with this local Calgary company that has personnell who are professional, punctual and do their job well. Furthermore their pricing is reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for either a residential or small to mid size commercial plumbing/electrical contractor.

We bought a house that needed (and deserved) a full renovation. There was much to do for the electricians. The previous owners must have done the basement and addition wiring themselves which created a big challenge but Neutech got everything done properly, brought up to code and helped us realize our dream home.
We also used Neutech's plumbing services. They worked some magic there.
Since the reno was completed, we decided to go with instant hot water. Neutech warned us of a couple of problematic systems and tracked down one they were more confident in.
Nice to deal with a company that not only does the job well but looks out for my best interests when deciding on some of the details I don't know about.

Very knowledgable staff and friendly from management to staff. Got all the right permits, showed up on time, and cleaned as they went. Didnt know they were even there, all pricing was exactly what we budgeted for and made a few recommendations we will be getting taken care of at a later date.
