We have attempted to call him numerous times to repair the furnace that he installed and he does not return phone calls. We have taken our business elsewhere. This company is not recommended.

Unfortunately, Qualified Mechanical does not pay their bills so any equipment they install in a home is subject to a Construction Lein effecting your house. I would not use this company.

My house has turned out to be a shoddy renovation. John Owles has come to my rescue several times since 2002. He first relocated a poorly located air conditioning unit, serviced it and it has functioned well ever since. He then installed a gas stove/oven and discovered so many gas leaks in the house that he ended up rerouting the gas line outside the house. Recently he came to service the gas furnace and was surprised to see that the fittings and heat run had been changed using not-to-code materials and in done in a unsafe manner. He was concerned about the safety of the set up and returned with the materials in 2 days to make the repairs. John is one of the few service people who is truly professional, conscientious and actually cares about the customer's safety. And he is reasonably priced! I enthusiastically recommend him to all of my friends and colleagues.
