Within 24 hours of contacting them Reid met me at my house and provided a thorough assessment/explanation of my roofing needs and a quote that was less expensive than any other competitor. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very patient when responding to my questions. Installation began right on schedule and was completed to perfection - right down to the clean-up. I've received many compliments on my new roof and have already recommended Reid to more friends.
