the garcon guys really exceeded my expectations, and because I was away it was great to know that everything went smooth and was completed when arrived backed. From the whole beginning meeting adam to obtain a quote, meeting the project manager, and the workers it was great, and I definitely will use their services in the future.

I hired adam and garcon to do a renovation at my new home. we gutted and renovated the main floor that included a new kitchen, washroom and new open concept stairs with beautiful railing. they also gutted and renovated 3 washrooms on my upper floor. we had hired garcon because of all the positive things we had heard about them. the first couple of weeks started off a little slow which made me a little concerned, but they ended up finishing the entire project 2 weeks ahead of schedule, so i was worried for nothing. garcon has a great team of managers and foreman, and adams office staff (especially Tania (Hi Tania!!!)) were really easy to work with and communicate with. very happy with my choice and love my house. they werent the cheapest quote i got, but well worth the extra money!

very bad contractor who wants all money before work is done. workers smoked outside house and left 100s of butts on around my house. having a contract is great, but not worth anything when he doesn't follow his own contract. not done on time and no reason. protect yourself and don't believe all of the fake reviews that have been posted. ask to see a job they are working on and speak to home owner to get real story.

We hired GarCon to build a new powder room and finish our basement laundry room. All along, from Adam to his office manager, project manager, supervisors and contractors, we received excellent customer service. All workers were tidy, polite and mindful of our neighbours. We were in constant communication and could reach someone by email, phone, text or face to face the entire time. The job was finished within the estimated time frame and within budget. We were especially pleased with how GarCon employees anticipated issues and solved problems before they even occurred. They helped us work out items that needed to be fixed for our insurance coverage and did it quickly and efficiently. We will definitely be hiring GarCon in the future, and will happily refer them to others.

we had a really out dated 2 storey home in downtown toronto. there was more then enough space, but it was so poorly laid out. we hired garcon to gut the entire house all the way to the foundation walls. we changed the layout to be suit our large families needs. they did an excellent job from start to finish. they gave us exactly what we paid for, and we were happy to pay them too! they are a great bunch of guys and they take pride in their work and client relations. we would call them again for any future work, thats for sure!

garcon just finished a new second floor and rear addition to our home. we were very happy with their initial quote as well as their constant communications with us during the entire process. the job turned out beautifully and are very happy with how everything looks. the project came in on the budget adam had given to us and they completed the work within the estimated time frame in the contract. we are very happy we went with garcon and would most definitely use them again and tell our friends and family to use them.

Although we had a rough start due to a project manager that wasn't up to the task, Adam quickly corrected the issue and assigned to us the best of his team.
The work was completed on time, it was well done and all the people involved were very professional and attentive.
After the work was completed, some minor details still needed to be addressed. We have no complaints regarding the follow-up they did on them.

I hired garcon building group to complete a second storey addition as well as a rear 3 storey addition. i was amazed when i got the quote from adam just 2 days after our first meeting. that was a good indicator how the project was going to be run. they met all the targeted deadlines, and made sure i knew all of my upfront costs. we did go over budget a bit but only because of the finishes i had decided to upgrade. they were all great to work with and i am enjoying my new home. i would recommend everyone to call adam first. he is honest and reliable. the whole crew was amazing to work with. i spoke daily to my project manager and the house was always kept neat and organized. we are very happy that we hired garcon.

GarCon conducted renovations to our basement in the wake of the flood from July 8, 2013. GarCon cut away the bottom 2 feet of drywall and removed the old insulation. They re-insulated, replaced the drywall, and painted the drywall to a colour of my choosing. They also replaced a number of doors that were damaged by the flood.
I was immediately impressed by the way their project manager, Reuben, took me through the process and the expected timelines. He was patient in answering all of my questions and ensured that I was satisfied that I understood exactly what was going to happen when and why.
GarCon's staff were uniformly hardworking, thoughtful and quite skilled in their trades. They also took great care in cleaning up after every day. They also took great care in discussing any issues that emerged and actively sought my opinion in how they would address them.
I am very happy with the results of GarCon's work and I would re-hire them for any future project in my home.
