Home Depot - Calgary South

Purchased a barbecue recently and it works great. The service I received was excellent and the person was quite helpful. Did not take very long to put it together and worked without a problem. It is very fuel efficient and very easy to change out propane tanks. It is very reliable and automatic started is a nice feature and has been trouble free.

I went to Home Depot to buy 2 buckets of paint for my two bedrooms, the paint was a very light colored yellow, when i got home, i tried it on a piece of paper and i was exactly how i imagined it.

Had 3 quotes, home depot was most comprehensive. Covered what was included, and what was not. Good for people who don't understand whats involved. Price was competative but i picked HD because of there assurance that they would make sure there were no nails or staples left behind in my grass (i have a dog) sure enough, they took extra care to tarp my yard and then go back with a magnet

I was impressed with the service at Home Depot South Calgary because I really knew nothing about painting going in, and their customer service people were really helpful. She helped me pick out all the tools, and told me how much paint I would need. I went back a second time and even consulted with someone about colours. They were really friendly. The only thing I didn't find convenient was the line up at the paint mixing station. they should have more than one person working there, because they are kept pretty busy!

My mother and myself went to the store to look for flooring options for our basement. We were thinking carpet but the sales person told us so many stories about mold and dirt getting stuck in the fibers, so we decided to go for wood, then he was so helpful in helping us choose the correct wood for our basement. He also gave us his discount with such a big purchase!

I bought a kitchen faucet to replace my broken one. The clerk (sorry ... "associate") assured me that the one I had chosen would be easy to replace and that I wouldn't need anything else. Perhaps, if I owned a newer home, it would be so but I had to make a second trip into the city to get the parts needed to complete the job. At the price of gas these days it cost me an unnecessary extra $20

After ordering a new counter top from Home Depot, a representative came to my home to do exact measurements. Within the promised time, the counters arrived and were installed properly and look great.
