JD Contracting

We hired Amit and his team to take over from another contractor who had become unreliable. We were very happy with the service and workmanship we received. The team completed the following
1. bathroom including fully tiled shower, flooring and installed lighting, toilet and vanity
2. laundry room - levelled floor, built wall, installed washer and dryer
3. Flooring - Vinyl and tiles ( Rohan is amazing at laying tiles, even large 48x48 inch)
4. Painted entire house - including the outside brick
5. Installed and painted new front door
6. Landscaped the front garden including a new walkway
7. Built a custom wall using concrete tiles with wood detail for electric fireplace ( all I did was show Amit the picture, provide the cement tile and fireplace and he went to work)
I was most impressed by how solution oriented Amit was. If there were any problems or issues, he would know how to solve or tackle them. He was always available for my 7:00 am calls to discuss plans for the day and any potential challenges. We would highly recommend JD Contracting.

JD Contracting did a complete reno on my condo - kitchen, bathroom, floors, paint, and bedrooms. Not only was the work done well, it was priced well, the materials used are top notch, work was completed in a timely manner and they were professional.

I needed my kitchen and bathroom done. JD came in and gave me a quote with ideas of what he would do. They came in and demo, removed and installed. The work done was wonderful. And any questions I had they answered right away. The works were clean and polite. I always recommended them to my friends.
