We are in the middle of a back yard make over that started late in 2016. With the winter approaching we had 3/4 of the house sealed not due to a leak but as preventative maintenance to reduce the risk of having to redo the landscaping if the basement were to leak in the future. The Nu-site team came in and had most of the work done the first few days and then in the spring they came back to finish the grading. A very happy experience even though there was a few winter months in between start and finish...

An absolute pleasure to deal with. We had leaks into basement and representative came by within a few hours, and advised of way to check and see if major repair was required. It was not. Notwithstanding our efforts to pay for his time, he would not take payment. Absolutely these are people I would recommend- they have both integrity and knowledge

This is the second time that I am using Nusite for basement lowering. They just finished the work and I now have 8 foot ceilings in my basement! Amazing! In 2016 had a foundation leak in my garage and contacted Nusite for a quote. Not only were they the most competatively priced but they did an excellent job in one day that fixed the leak and has since stayed perfectly dry. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for waterproofing!

It was the worse new year day in my entire life, i'm a first time home buyer we just moved in the house approximately 2 months and with little to no budget at all. we experienced water in my basement and i was so upset,sad,depress and stress. Nusite was recommended by my good friend contractor because he know Martin. Martin came in the house and look at my problem then Martin called Gemil. I had a leak in my basement I researched a couple different companies online. I saw that Nusite had good reviews, so I contacted them and David returned my calls within hours. They gave me a very reasonable quote and did a great job fixing the problem. Definitely recommend them.
