Poor customer service and a waste of time getting anything fix there. Always getting "can't replicate". Couple of times waited in the waiting room for 2 hours they can't get a hold of shuttle driver. So they had to get one of guy from the shop to drive me 2 hours later. You rarely get a hold of service advisors, because they don't usually answer their phone. Leave a message and they usually don't respond. Twice I've taken my vehicle there for same issue and all they can say is they can't replicate it . Well, I took it to another RAM dealer they found the squeaking front end noise. Replaced upper and lower control arm and alignment in 3 hours and I didn't even buy the truck from them. Maybe Eastern should get better technicians. Recently had chirping noise in front they can hear it, but can't find it. They think it's the struts, but don't bother replacing it. Mud flap rubbing against tires in turns, same excuse like always can't replicate. I told them you can even see it with your own eyes. Nothing was done about it, so leaving me having to trim them myself doing the job for them. Easy fix they can't even fix it or thoroughly diagnose the problem, because they are too lazy. I'm no mechanics but I manage to track down the issue, told them where it is and what causing it, yet they come back with the same dance and song "Can't replicate it". I can't even take that issue to another dealer because it was installed by them at the time of purchase. I will deal with them one more time because I have no choice, been waiting for this part 5 months now when they told me 3-4 weeks. Taking business elsewhere. I wish I would have known about the poor service and I would have bought my truck elsewhere . I have not been happy with this truck since day 1. You would think since you bought and spent $77,000 at their dealership, you would get better or good service, but no very disappointing. Buy elsewhere and get it service elsewhere horrible service.
