I tried to buy bird friendly film for my windows and ordered online but was charged in $US rather than $CDN. When I questioned this Dean wouldn't respond. I phoned and talked with Dave an employee who refunded my money. Dean wouldn't respond further to any of my questions.

The bird strike film that you chose is a new retail product though we have been installing it for several years. We placed it on our website to inform our customers that this service is available. The bird film is made of different materials and to various specifications. There is a notation on the description of the product for the end user to contact our office before placing an order.
Our records show that you ordered this film online on Tuesday April 1. As soon as we were notified of your concerns, the refund was made within a couple of hours on the same day. Dean has also emailed you twice on that day apologizing for the confusion while trying to get the quirk in the system fixed. We have since disabled the ability to purchase this product directly online.
Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience that have caused you. We look forward to having the opportunity to serve you again!
