I am very satisfied with the work done by Dean Avey and his team! I contacted Dean to inquire about films for my home he answered my questions and was very polite and considerate.
The workers arrived on time and were very careful in my home; removed their shoes and placed drop clothes in the work areas. I have had many contractors in my home over the years and with all honesty I can say that Dean and his crew were the most considerate! The work they did is fantastic, I love my frosted windows (providing privacy) The security film is "invisible" but provides more security and peace of mind! I would recommend Apex Window Films to anyone looking to add security and/or privacy to their home or business!

Charged with the responsibility of finding a low cost but high quality window film installer, I contacted over 7 companies. Apex was over $1100 less expensive than all other companies, and had completed the project in half the time. The best part, the finished product was looks awesome, and wasn't the most forgiving design to begin with. Thank you Apex, will work again soon.

We bought the window film from Apex Window Films. They were so accomodating as they allowed us to come in while they were closed for the holidays. The DIY videos on their website were very useful. I wanted to share my shopping experience at Apex Window Films. The honesty of their staff is a true testament of their company core value. I was new to Toronto and had to call them for directions to get to their business for some window films. It was past eight on a Wednesday evening. I hurriedly paid for the film and left the store. On my way home I got a call from their staff asking me if I had lost a stash of cash. I immediately searched my pocket and sure enough the funds I collected at work for a co-worker's wedding gift was gone. It must have fallen out of my pocket when I took my wallet out. They had tracked me down from the call I made to them earlier. It was my lucky day to have chosen Apex Window Films. I can't help but wonder what if I had gone to another window film company that day....

I was looking for window films for my front doors and was put in contact with Apex Window Films from a work colleague and I can say I am grateful. My schedule was all over the place, but that didn’t stop the installation as they were very accommodating and understanding. The installation was in fact more than perfect, the results completely exceeded my expectations and would definitely recommend Apex Window Films to anyone I know and would use them for any window films I may add in the future.

When I decided to install some security films for my home, I had shopped around. Due to my work schedule, I cannot be home during the day, I asked if the job can be done in the weekends or late evenings? Most companies would quote me additional charges for this kind of hours. Until I found Apex, not only they did not charge me for additional cost, they even asked me what time in the evening is most convenience for me, I told them to come after 6pm. They showed up on a Thursday at 6pm, and finished it by almost 10pm. Although it was late at night, they still taken the time to clean up the place for me. The job was professionally done and the installers are very polite. I am very impressed with them.

We were extremely pleased from the start of the project until completion. Installers were knowlegeable and very professional. They were very careful as to not make a mess and were respectful of our property. Excellent clean-up. They were very pleasant and customer focused. The product meets and exceeds our expectations and follow-up post-installation has been very good.

80% of my apt. windows face west. During the summer months our AC units struggled to maintaine a temp. of 80-90 degrees. With the film installation the temp. has dropped to a comfortable 70-75 degees. I couldn't be happier. Apex helped with the selection of film required and the installation was quick and efficient. I highly recommend Apex if you have heat/UV or privacy issues.

I contacted Apex. They did a good job although because they are popular they were sometimes a little slow in responding. The installation was professional and well done. It took a few hours but that was just care.
