I recently used Rino and the team from Pericon Developments for my commerical/residential renovation. 2 apartments and 1 store front. From start to finish the renovation was stress free. There were a few unexpected surprises of course, but Rino was happy to listen to and discuss various options that would work within time and budget. Unlike previous work I have had done by other companies, Rino's team showed up every day and I never felt I was being slotted in between something else. Most importantly the team did not leave until everything was finished. Rino went above an beyond to help me get a few things done e.g. a custom door that would have cost me thousands more if I had to outsource it. I was doing this renovation as a woman on my own and I really appreciated Rino and the team's respectful communication to me, he listened to my ideas and involved me in all decision making. He also gave me a great custom kitchen recommendation that cost me less than if I went to Ikea and was 1000 times better. I was extremely happy with the work which was finished on time and very close to budget (despite a couple of the extra surprises). I would highly recommend Pericon Developments for any renovation projects you may have and I will not look any further when I need a contractor on my next job. I have included some pictures, but they don't really give you a good idea of the complete transformation and how it opened up the space in all of the apartments. Thank you!!
