Poor quality construction with major flaws. Didn't properly ventilate the garage (insulation covered all of the eaves) and therefore we had major mould problems in wet weather. Also had problems with improper slope in the garage and water pooling. Blockage of the water pipes with construction materials caused a sewer backup right after we moved in. Found duct tape and cement chunks in the pipes that was the cause. Sliding doors never did work properly and poor response from the builders didn't fix the problem. Buyer beware.

Purchased a home from this builder in 2004, so definitely the quality could have changed since then. Was impressed with their sales staff and the contrcution site supervisor. There were some glaring issues with construction (IE water pooled in the garage due to lack of slope). They ended up jack hammering out half the garage and repouring to rectify the situation. Overall, was a so-so experience.

rockford developemant was very cheap in there home construction and cut alot of corners to save a quick buck. poor quality of work failed to put in the effort in the little details and VERY SLOW at returning phone calls i would not reccomend using these builders for anything you are planning on doing.
