Bought our brand new home 5 years ago from Denoble Homes. Had a issue with the master shower leaking after a month of moving in. The builder's plumber came and put some silicone around the shower drain. Recently had a leak from our master shower. Had three different plumbers attend to fix the issues. Upon further investigation by the plumbers the whole master shower had to be replaced as the shower had been installed incorrectly in numerous ways. The shower drain was found to be not even screwed into the floor. All three companies advised that poor or just plain wrong materials were used to build the original shower causing extensive mould damage and most likely the shower had been leaking from day one. The whole shower had to be replaced costing us $5200. The insurance company attended and thier contractor agreed that the issues was caused by workmanship defect so they wouldn't cover the claim. Steve from Denoble Homes was contacted by email and has never returned a email. In our case Denoble Homes did not stand behind their product.
