Ozone Duct Cleaning

My allergies flared up big time and i needed my ducts, furnace and dryer vent cleaned ASAP. I used Ozone in the past and I also called a top rated competitor. Ozone adjusted their schedule and came the next day. A top rated competitor told it would take them 40 minutes. I was surprised that Ozone took 3 hours. When I inquired as to difference in service time, Ozone sucks out the ducts whereas the competition uses air push everything through the vents into your furnace and then then just vacuum it out. Ozone and the top rated competitor charged the same amount. I think Ozone's method is much more thorough. The sweetest thing is I have a sixth month old and they came during her afternoon nap and were kind enough to maneuver, so as not to wake her. I highly recommend them!

Would like to start by saying that I was completely satisfied and impressed by the quality of work and effort Todd and his helper put into the job. We used Todd twice, 2 years ago when we bought the house and now after completing basement renovations. They were thorough and took their time to do the work properly. I was impressed by Todd's professionalism and extra care to remove shoes the many times he and his helper went out and returned and the way the both respected my home. The result both times was a dramatic improvement in the air quality inside my home.

Todd came over and cleaned the duct work in our newly purchased home in Ancaster. Very thorough and knowledgeable in the service provided. While he was here, I had him clean the central vac and bathroom fans, at a very reasonable price. Long story short, very good service and would easily recommend his service.

Todd did a great job. He was very thorough and took the time to discuss any concerns I had or answer any questions. We had extra work done which included the central vac system and dryer vent which was a good thing based on what Todd found. he took the time to repair a duct that had come loose and he redid the dryer vent coil which has become crimped. Very impressive and we will use him again.

They arrived on time & quickly got to work, explaining the process. They also showed me before & after pictures. We were notified of a dangerous issue with my exhaust vent, which was leaking carbon monoxide into my house. I was very impressed with Ozon and would definitely hire them again and plan to for my next cleaning. I believe the price was quite reasonable for the work performed.
