Todd did a fantastic job on our duct cleaning. We had recently renovated an old house in Toronto and from the amount of debris that came out of the ducts it seemed that they had never been cleaned before.

Todd was easy to communicate with, returned my calls promptly and answered all the questions I had making our interaction easy and painless. He was friendly and professional on site and got the work done with no issues.

When searching for a company I had tried calling a few other places but they either didn't respond back to me or seemed to have no availability for weeks. I had no trouble booking an appointment on short notice with Todd.

About 4 years ago, we had the duct work cleaned by a local company. Recently we had some hardwood floor put down in place of carpet so we wanted the duct work cleaned thoroughly. Two family members have allergies, so dust in the house causes frequent sneezing. Todd, of Ozone Duct Cleaning, using professional grade equipment, completed a thorough cleaning of the duct work, bathroom exhaust, air exchange system, furnace, and dryer vent. Todd identified areas of dust left behind from when the house was built 11 years ago. Allergy symptoms as mentioned earlier, seem to be reduced since the duct work cleaning has been completed. Todd's work was very professional, and I would recommend him and his company to anyone requiring duct work cleaning.

The whole process from booking a date for the job to having the work completed by Todd was straightforward. He even re - arranged his schedule to accommodate both myself and neighbour for the same day. All ducts throughout the house were cleaned thoroughly and exactly how it was explained to me; the job took about 3 hours , and at the end Todd changed my furnace filter. I was amazed at how dirty the old filter was . I would not hesitate to refer this company , if you need your ducts cleaned , then this is the company to call .
