We're very happy with the products we purchased from Limcan Walker a few years ago. With the exception of the humidifier, they have been working well.
All installers and service people have been friendly and helpful. Customer service has been quick. The biggest issue I have with this company is that each time I've had them to my home for a repair, installation or maintenance, the person they send leaves one thing unattended to so I'm forced to call and have some else fix what the first repair person should have done. For example, when they installed our air conditioner, they didn't tighten the bolts on the base properly, so it made a really loud noise. I called, and the repair person walked up to it, tightened the bolts and left. When fixing the humidifier, they didn't adjust the water flow properly and there was a leak at the valve. When they came back to fix it, the repair person turned down the hot water setting on my hot water tank to make the repair and didn't turn it back up so we woke to cold showers in the morning. Great products. Nice people. They try hard. I'm just not confident I'd recommend them to my friends.
